Work

Each trade, written as we do it.

Bungalows start from ₹18 lakh. Renovation starts from ₹5,000. Both figures are a starting point. The estimate follows a free visit.

Bungalow construction

From ₹18 lakh

We plan and build bungalows as one job: setting out, structure, services and finishes. ₹18 lakh is the starting point, not a fixed price for every plot. Size, soil, specification and the finish you want are confirmed after a free site visit.

02

Villa construction

A villa is more than a larger bungalow. We coordinate the frame with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and interior so the later work is not fighting the earlier work. The estimate follows the visit.

03

Apartment construction

We take apartment construction with supervision that stays on site — columns, slabs, brickwork, services and the flats themselves. You get one company to ask, not a chain of people who do not speak to each other.

04

Building construction

New buildings, additions and the structural work a later finish depends on. We set out the job, build it, and close the trades before we call it done.

05

Renovation

From ₹5,000

Renovation starts from ₹5,000. That covers smaller repair and renovation work. A full home — layout, plaster, flooring, services and paint — is a different scope and is quoted after we see the house. Tell us which one you mean when you call.

06

Repair

We take repair on its own: damp, cracks, damaged plaster, doors that no longer close, and fittings that have failed. If the right answer is a larger renovation, we will say so on the visit.

07

Civil work

Civil work is the part every later trade sits on. We do foundations, RCC, masonry and plaster with the lines and levels checked before the next trade starts.

08

Plumbing

Supply, drainage and the bathroom or kitchen that uses them, run so the pipes and the civil work agree. We take plumbing with a build, or as its own job in an existing house.

09

Electrical

We lay out points and wiring for how the house will actually be lived in, not as an afterthought once the plaster is done. New work and rewiring of existing rooms.

10

Painting

A coat on a bad wall is not a finish. We prepare the surface, then paint inside and out. Painting can be part of a build or renovation, or booked on its own.

11

Carpentry

Frames, shutters, wardrobes and the other woodwork a house needs, made to meet the plaster line. We measure on site rather than guessing from a drawing alone.

Interior design

Interior design here means planning and doing the work: layout, materials, built-ins and the finishes. It is strongest when it is decided with the construction, not patched on at the end.
